The Pointe de Pen-Hir

The pointe de Pen-Hir (in Breton Beg Penn Hir) is a headland in Brittany on the Crozon peninsula. It lies to the south-west of the commune of Camaret-sur-Mer. On a clear day, you can see as far as the Pointe du Raz and the Ile de Sein, as well as the Ile d'Ouessant and the Pointe Saint-Mathieu. The high, sheer cliffs, with a difference in level of around 70 metres with the Mer d'Iroise, are used for climbing.

Below the point are the Tas de Pois: Grand Dahouët, Petit Dahouet, Penn-Glaz (green head), Chelott, Bern-Id and Ar Forc'h (the Fork).
